Secure Data Collection Management & Destruction
We utilize software that securely sanitizes files and documents from all laptops and computer equipment prior to refurbishment and reuse.
Recycling and End-of-Life Management:
If equipment is deemed irrecoverable, we will either recycle components or assign End-of-Life (EOL) disposal methods that are approved by the Government of Ontario's Electronic Stewardship Program.
Approved e-waste materials include: desktop, portable, and handheld computers, computer peripherals, modems, printers, copiers, scanners, typewriters, TVs, telephones and cell phones, phone accessories, PDAs and pagers, camcorders, cameras, video recorders and players, projectors, radios, and audio equipment such as tuners, equalizers, amplifiers, receivers, speakers, and turntables.
